I am an integrative counsellor and supervisor working in private practice in Weston-super-Mare and also deliver CPD training on neurodivergence.
I have extensive training in counselling, having completed levels 1-3 in person-centred counselling, level 4 and 5 diplomas in integrative counselling & psychotherapy. I also have a post qualifying master's degree in counselling and psychotherapy practice which focused on autism in the context of counselling. This is complemented by a wide range of CPD courses including but not limited to, online and telephone counselling, parts work, creative counselling, ADHD, autism, trauma, polyvagal theory and sand-tray therapy.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the Association of Neurodivergent Therapists (ANDT), and adhere to their ethical frameworks and guidelines for counselling and for supervision.
I have a formal diagnosis of autism and ADHD (AuDHD) and have two AuDHD teenagers. As such, I have a great deal of lived experience and knowledge relating to neurodivergence. I am acutely aware of how being neurodivergent in a world designed for neurotypical brains, can have a huge impact on a person throughout their life.
£50 per 50 minute counselling session, £75 for 90 minute supervision session. Training fees upon request.
