Bio

Is anxiety or low mood holding you or your young person back from doing the things you want to do? Do you overthink what people say and question whether you like yourself? Do relationships with friends and loved ones feel difficult? If you want to find more confidence in yourself and your life and learn more about who you are and why you feel or respond in certain ways, I can help. Together we can explore what's going on for you, what you'd like to change, and why. I work with adults and young people to help them find the answers. I have a special interest in neurodivergence. I also offer supervision. Call me to find out more.

I provide a welcoming therapy room in Milton, WsM or I can see you online, or do walk and talk therapy in the local area (with or without my dog!). I'm a professional, qualified, insured, integrative counsellor, which means I have a range of skills and bring to the sessions those I think will be most helpful to you including using creative tools.
I offer short term and long term counselling, online and face to face. It can be daunting to find a counsellor you feel safe enough with to open up about your issues, which is why I suggest booking in for one session to begin with to get a feel for how it would work and then decide whether counselling is for you. This is your journey.
