“I enjoy delivering active and memorable training workshops and hope participants not only learn a lot, but have fun along the way.

“As a supervisor, I aim to provide a collaborative and supportive space to think deeply about your work, your role, and your professional development. My approach is relational and integrative, and I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge about neurodivergence to my supervision work. This includes a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, with attention to masking, burnout, power dynamics, communication differences, and the impact of systems on both clients and practitioners. I welcome supervisees who work with neurodivergent clients, as well as neurodivergent practitioners seeking a thoughtful and attuned supervisory space.

“In addition to counselling and psychotherapy supervision, I offer reflective supervision to professionals in a wide range of roles, including teachers, social prescribers, support workers, pastoral and religious leaders, and others working therapeutically or in roles involving care, responsibility, and emotional labour.

“As a counsellor, I aim to support and empower people to understand themselves better and grow a neuro-inclusive approach to themselves and their lives.”
